With this we now have a new rating criteria for the tiers: This should make things more clear in addition to mitigating cases of characters being lumped into a tier they don't deserve to be in. Not only are there more tiers, but we've ordered them in a way to better achieve uniformity, so every tier section has 2 variants (such as A+ and A).
